He is active in the Business Fellowship International (BFI) and an associate member of the Piano Technicians Guild (PTG). Jerry was a voice major, serving over eighteen years as Ministry of Music, directing in vocal and orchestral ensembles. He continues to work within many churches of various denominations in music ministries. He served as a technician for several local piano dealers and he continues to provide new piano service and warranty work as service manager at Piersee Piano & Organ in Lee's Summit, MO. She supports private and home school students and offers discounts to them. She encourages and works closely with the student and their various church music programs. She has a SPED K-12 degree and enjoys working with children of all levels in education.
This team is dedicated to high standards in both its teaching and service to its customers. The personal attention to each customer is our top priority, unlike other competitors.
Our business operates with current licenses, business liability insurance, and is current with paying business property taxes. We encourage all good businesses to do the same.

Ernie is pictured tuning a 1921
Steinway "O" at Piersee Piano &
Organ earlier in 2011. He past away
in April, 2011 after a full life as a
Piano Rebuilder/Tech., teacher &
as past national president of the
Piano Technicians Guild during the
mid 1980's. He was one of Jerry's
mentor's and dearest friend for over
thirty years!

Franz Mohr, (pictured above) as he tours talking at many Steinway Seminars for piano technicians and showcasing the famous Horowitz Steinway.
What a gift he has been to the many technicians that have been blessed with the knowledge and fun tales of his life. He has published a book of his life that is a very interesting read!
I have been blessed with his technical lectures as he was one on many of the specialized "Steinway Performance Technicians" who shared his craft with those to follow. Thank you Franz!
